Description

This was a design build project led by Colacurcio Brothers including major site development. The project consisted of major site work and a 90,000sf pre-engineered steel building. The project posed many challenges related to the site and conditions required by the county. We CBCI worked closely with the architect and other design consultants to provide the owner with a new facility that met their needs on time and on budget. Eleven years later the owner hired us to provide design build services to provide a 20,000sf renovation to the existing tructure. Work consisted of selective demolition and major foundation and steel structure modifications. The project included adding classrooms and the construction of a youth theater. This was also a design build project led by Colacurcio Brothers and Zervas was the architect.
