Manley has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined Colacurcio Brothers in 1998, and gained many years of hands-on experience while both performing and managing a wide variety of construction trades including structural steel erection, heavy and laminated timber erection, cast-in-place and tilt-up concrete construction, as well as steel and stick framing. His experience allows him to create and maintain complex project schedules that remain extremely accurate, implement a high standard of quality control measures for all trades, discover various value engineering opportunities, and ensure projects get completed in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
